The Mission Museum will remain closed. From 25 January we will post the update for the opening of the museum.

As from January 14 2022

The Mission Museum is adhering to the Government policy and therefore our museum will be closed from December 19 through January 14.

In the Mission Museum there is a truly vast collection on display. The museum administrator's office has been returned to its original state as it was in 1931, with objects that have remained in storage for over 40 years and more. In addition, you can read, hear, see and discover information and stories for yourself. With original film material the museum gives an insight into the missionaries between 1875 and 1934, a genuine time capsule! It includes information about the fields of work all over the world, as well as about the self-sufficient monastic life here in Steyl. Use your phone as well to read information and stories via the QR code at the display cases. Wifi is available throughout the museum. Children are given a free scavenger hunt booklet. Round off your visit with an original souvenir from our museum shop. You can purchase your entrance ticket online.

The Mission Museum is ideally located on a square with catering venues.
