You are invited to a personal conversation with Fré Calmes. You bring an object with you. It can be anything — something small or large, something ordinary or extraordinary — as long as it has meaning for you. Your object will be the starting point for your conversation, as a bearer of memory, identity and emotion.
Together, we will explore the stories, energies and connections hidden within the object. Drawing on his artistic practice, which focuses on spirituality, ancestral knowledge and transformation, Calmes approaches each object as a gateway to personal and collective history.
The conversation is not an interview, but an exchange — a moment of attention, in which you are invited to reflect on the spiritual or emotional meaning. This creates new connections between people, matter and memory, and between the personal and the universal.
