Hadrien Gerenton

Hadrien Gerenton

This time, Hadrien Gerenton uses humour to examine how humans interact with wild animals. The purple Komodo dragons wear collars and appear to be walking around outside the strictly organised historical display cases, allowing Gerenton to critically comment on the tradition of exhibiting and owning animals. Gerenton's Komodo dragons seem to go their own way, challenging us to think about the relationships between nature, humanity and power.
